From robotics to water treatment, we supply bearings engineered to the tolerances, materials and duty cycles each industry actually demands.

Joints, harmonic drives, end-effectors. Low torque ripple, high repeatability — ceramic and nonmagnetic options.

Linear motion, conveyor systems, indexers. Sealed for contamination, rated for continuous duty cycles.

Miniature stainless and ceramic bearings for scanners, pumps and surgical tools. Cleanroom-compatible.

Corrosion-resistant stainless and solid-lube bearings for pumps, mixers and filtration equipment.

FDA-grade lubricants, washdown-rated seals, stainless races. Built for sanitary processing lines.

High-cycle bearings for fillers, cappers, labelers and case packers. Spec'd for uptime.
American-owned and operated, with teams on the ground across China and Southeast Asia. We run our partner factories to U.S. engineering standards — backed by local employees who know the markets, export regulations, and quality requirements inside and out.

Every incoming lot is checked against its mill certification before it enters production — steel chemistry, heat lot traceability and supplier documentation are verified, and sample components are dimensionally inspected and logged on the shop floor.

CMM, optical comparators, and dedicated gauge stations check every critical dimension through the machining sequence — bore, OD, raceway geometry, and width. Results are logged against the drawing so any deviation is caught before the part reaches final assembly.

Each bearing is tested for radial internal clearance and running noise on calibrated Anderon meters and vibration analyzers. We confirm smooth rotation, acceptable vibration velocity, and quiet operation so assemblies run cleanly in the final application.

Raceway finish and roundness are verified on Talyrond and profilometer systems. We measure waviness, surface roughness, and circular geometry to the levels required for low-torque, low-noise, and long-life performance — critical for high-speed spindles, precision robots, and medical devices.

Bearing rings and rolling elements are heat-treated to controlled profiles, then verified for through-hardness and effective case depth across every lot. Rockwell and microhardness testing confirm the metallurgical structure required for long life under shock and fatigue loads.

Before shipment every lot passes final visual, dimensional, and running checks at our QC facility. We confirm quantities, markings, packaging, and surface condition, then bundle mill certs, heat-treatment records, inspection reports, and dimensional data so you receive full traceability with the parts.

For engineers and manufacturers who need the right bearing — at the right grade, on the right schedule — from factories we already know and audit.
U.S. ownership and engineering oversight, with teams stationed across China and Southeast Asia.
Vetted partners with regular on-site reviews — never single-sourced.
English-speaking project lead from RFQ through delivery to your dock.
From the first drawing review to your loading dock, we own the full procurement lifecycle so your engineers don't have to.

Application and design review — we take in your requirements like tolerances, load, speed and operating environment, then map them to the right bearing spec.
We place each order with the right factory from our audited partner network — sized to your run, grade, material and lead time.
Regular on-site factory audits, in-process checks, and pre-shipment inspection at our Shanghai QC facility.
